Kaminikumar, learned CGC for the Central Government. [2] The matter is settled in the mediation proceeding dated 04.02.2026. The mediation proceeding is reproduced as: “SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT Imphal, 4th February, 2026 As directed by the Hon'ble High Court order dated 19.01.2026 passed in MC (WP(C)) No. 37 of 2026 in WP(C) No. 862 of 2024, both parties were present in person. Both the parties have agreed to refer the above matter to the arbitrator. The respondent. No. 2 will make the reference within 3 (three) weeks. It has been agreed that the said MC (WP(C)) No. 37 of 2026 in WP(C) No. 862 of 2024 pending before the Hon'ble High Court shall be disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement.” [3] In terms of the above settlement in the mediation, writ petition is disposed of.
