Petitioner is the husband and the instant writ petition has been filed for early disposal of Maintenance Alteration Case No. 24 of 2024 filed for modification of the earlier maintenance order dated 07.04.2022 passed in Original Maintenance Case No. 300 of 2020 (E.P.). 2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that pursuant to the complaint made by respondent no.2, the petitioner has been dismissed from service and consequently, he is not in a position to pay the maintenance amount as ordered earlier by learned Family Judge. 3. In order to modify the maintenance, now the aforementioned maintenance alteration case has been filed in the year 2024, but the same has not been disposed of, and learned Family Judge is proceeding with the execution of the maintenance order. In view of the submission made, the learned Family Judge is directed to dispose of pending Maintenance Alteration Case No. 24 of 2024 within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
