Mr. Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioner has also made a prayer that as the date for appearance before the Enquiry Officer is fixed today, i.e., 14.07.2026, the petitioner may be permitted to appear before the Enquiry Officer on 16.07.2026 at 11:00 AM.
