Conspectus of facts in the present Writ Petition is that, despite the petitioner’s complaint to the police personnel, the respondent police are not acting upon the same by registering an FIR, thereby lodging criminal proceedings 4 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home basing on the Written Instructions dated 14.10.2025 of the Inspector of Police, Anandapuram P.S., Visakhapatnam City, submits that basing on the petitioner's complaint, police registered FIR in Crime No.115 of 2025 of Anandapuram Police Station and the investigation is going on. 4. At that juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner has not disputed the factum of registration of FIR. 5. Recording the submission made by learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.
