Mr. Diptangshu Basu
……for the Petitioner.
Mr. Abhishek Sinha
Mr. Arup Sarkar
……for the State.
Learned advocate for the petitioner prays for an accommodation.
On the other hand, learned advocate for the State has drawn the attention to the order dated 10.07.2024 passed in CRM (DB) 1931 of 2024. There is specific observation relating to the present petitioner that recovery was made only from the present petitioner and another namely, Kawsar Sk. @ Kaosar.
Having considered the heinousness of the offence and the motive behind the commission of the offence, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.
Accordingly, CRM (M) 511 of 2026 is dismissed at this stage.
