Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs. “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ/ writs, direction/ directions and quash the order/ letter dated 25.05.2022 issued by the respondent No. 2 whereas the application of the petitioner for grant of compassionate appointment due to death of deceased vishwanath Haldhar has been rejected. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to to issue a writ/ writs, direction/ directions to direct the respondent authorities to consider the case of petitioner for grant of compassionate appointment due to death of PAWAN KUMAR JHA Digitally signed by PAWAN KUMAR JHA 2 / 2 deceased Vishwanath Haldhar within a time period as per request letters of the petitioner. 10.3 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ/ writs, direction/ directions to direct the respondent authorities to decide and consider the representation of petitioner dated 12.10.2022 (annexure P-10) within stipulated period of time. 10.4 That, any other relief which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper may also be passed in favour of the petitioner together with cost of the petition.” 2. At the outset, learned counsel for petitioner submits that she is not pressing this writ petition on merit and only seeking limited direction to Respondent No. 3/ Assistant Director, Horticulture, Kondagaon to consider and take decision on the representation of petitioner Annexure P-10 dated 12.10.2022 for reconsideration of his earlier decision for grant of compassionate appointment. 3. Learned State counsel submits that in view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner, he is having no objection. 4. On due consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case, submission made by learned counsel for respective parties, this writ petition at this stage is dispose off, directing Respondent No. 3/ Assistant Director, Horticulture, Kondagaon consider and take decision on the representation submitted by petitioner dated 12.10.2022, for reconsideration of its earlier decision for grant of compassionate appointment, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 03 months from the date of receipt of representation. 5.
