ALEKHYA TADASINA(CENTRAL GOVT COUNSEL) The Court made the following order: Challenging the orders passed by the 3rd respondent dated 27.03.2026 in appointing an Ad-hoc committee by dissolving the existing Divisional Union, without authority, the present writ petition is filed. 2. Heard Ms Alekhya Boppudi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Srinivasa Rao Narra, learned counsel for respondents. 2 3. When the matter is taken up for consideration today, learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has retired from the service on attaining age of superannuation, therefore nothing remains for adjudication and prayed to dismiss the writ petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner did not dispute the same. 4. In view of the same, since the petitioner has already retired from service on attaining age of superannuation, there remains nothing for adjudication and the writ petition is liable to be dismissed.
