P.P., submits that Charge-sheet in the instant case has already been submitted vide Charge-sheet No. 16/2026 dated 31.05.2026. In view of the filing of the charge-sheet, Mr. Rahman, learned counsel for the accused-applicant submits that he should be given liberty to approach the Trial Court for appropriate relief. In view of the aforesaid submissions and the filing of the charge-sheet, the instant bail application is disposed of with liberty to the accused-applicant to approach the learned Trial Court for appropriate relief.
