Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners would be satisfied in case representation dated 02.11.2025 (Annexure P-6) is
directed to be considered by the competent Authority, i.e. Director, School Education, Himachal Pradesh in a time bound manner by reserving the liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition on the same cause of action with same prayer, if grievance of the petitioners is not redressed by the decision to be taken by the competent authority in light of judgment dated

Learned Advocate General has communicated no objection for allowing the prayer made hereinabove on behalf of petitioners with submission that competent authority shall decide the representation in accordance with law within period specified by the Court.

In view of above, Director, School Education, Himachal Pradesh is directed to consider the representation dated 02.11.2025 (Annexure P-6), submitted by the petitioners and decide the same by passing a speaking and reasoned order in the light of judgments referred supra and also after giving opportunity of being hearing to the petitioners, if desired so, on or before 30th April, 2026.

To avoid delay, petitioners are also directed to submit a copy of representation afresh along with

- 3 - downloaded copy of this order, either themselves or through their counsel to Director, School Education, Himachal Pradesh.

Needless to say in case any grievance of the petitioners still survives to be adjudicated, the petitioners shall be at liberty to file fresh petition, as prayed.
The petition stands disposed of along with pending application(s), if any, in aforesaid terms.
