1. After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for petitioner does not press the present petition and seeks to withdraw the same, without prejudice to his rights and contentions. He seeks liberty to explore other judicial remedies as available and permissible under law.
2. He, however, submits that in case there is any threat to the life of the petitioner, she may be provided with mobile number of a lady police official in the rank of Sub-Inspector, so that requisite remedial action is taken immediately.
3. Learned Standing Counsel (Crl) for the State who appears on advance notice submit that the number of one lady Sub-Inspector shall be provided to
