Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader. 3. Mr. Arrabolu Sai Naveen, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the action of respondent No.4 in not registering the FIR, despite the petitioner submitting the representation dated 04.04.2026. 4. Sri P. Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader, on written instructions, submits that the complaint of the petitioner dated 04.04.2026 is registered as a case in Cr.No.115 of 2026 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 329(3), 324(2), 79, 115(2), 191(2), and 303(2) read with Sections 49 and 190 of ‘the BNS’ by the Station House Officer, Gopalapatnam Police Station. 3 Dr. YLR, J W.P.No.9458 of 2026 Dated 24.04.2026 5. Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case, and recording the submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondent No.4 to bring the investigation to a logical conclusion by filing appropriate proceedings before the learned jurisdictional Magistrate, in accordance with law, as early as possible in accordance with law. 6. With the above observations and directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
