Permission, as sought for, is granted. The present bail application under Section 482 B.N.S.S. is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the concerned trial court and files a fresh bail application, it is expected that the concerned court shall, as far as possible, decide the bail application on the same day, in accordance with law.
