By way of this petition, the petitioner has sought the following relief(s):- “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records in relates to the case of the petitioner from the possession of respondents for its kind perusal. 2 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to pay petitioner's annual increment after the regularization of his service from September 2008 to June 2013, with interest. 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to pay petitioner's arrears of the counting the service rendered lower post to higher post from Jully 2013 to September 2016 also with interest. 10.4 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to pay petitioner's arrears of increased annual increment which getting after promotion with interest. 10.5 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to early decide the petitioners representation 10.6 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief/relief's in favour of the petitioners, which the Hon'ble Court deemed fit & just in the facts and circumstances of the case, including awarding of the costs to the petitioner.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has confined this petition to relief clause No. 10.5. 3. It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was appointed on the post of Shiksha Karmi Grade – III in the Month of June, 2005 and was appointed to the post of Shiksha Karmi Grade – II in the month of September, 2007. An order of regularization was passed on 30.05.2012. He would contend that the petitioner was entitled for annual increment after completion of one year service from September, 2007 but said benefit has not been extended yet. He would submit that representations were made on 12.04.2017, 30.08.2015, 28.08.2017 and 26.03.2019 before respondent No. 8, but till date those representations have not been decided by 3 respondent No. 8. He would pray for a direction to respondent No. 8 to decide pending representations. 4. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the State would oppose. 5. Taking into consideration limited prayer made by Mr. Patel, this petition, at this juncture, is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No. 8 to decide pending representations expeditiously, preferably within a period of 120 days. 6.
