Learned counsel was asked to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- to show the bona fides of the petitioner. Upon being faced with the said situation, learned counsel submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the writ petition which clearly reflects that the petitioner is not bona fide and is here for extraneous purposes and [2026:RJ-JP:24751-DB] (2 of 2) [CW-20535/2025] considerations and with a wrongful intention, we allow it to be withdrawn. 2. However, a cost of Rs.20,000/- is imposed on the petitioner which is to be deposited in the Rajasthan Legal Service Authority for filing of a frivolous PIL. 3. Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 4. If the amount is not deposited, the same shall be recovered from the salary of the petitioner and departmental action shall be taken against the concerned petitioner. 5.
