Earlier AD Welfare Department allotted free pattas to 30 schedule caste families. Since the petitioner is said to be obstructing the pathway, he was called for enquiry. 3.Counsel for the petitioner submitted that it is a patta land and it is not a pathway as claimed. 4.It is for the petitioner to appear before the respondent police and produce all the documents to show that it is a patta land and there is no pathway as claimed by the families of Seerangan Valavu.
