Paragraph Nos.13 and 14 of the counter are extracted as follows: “13.I humbly submit that therefore due to the administrative purpose the said notification Na.Ka.No.785/2023/HC on 24.07.2023 had stopped and now the respondents have taken the sincere efforts for fresh auction in according to law. 14.I humbly submit that, the progress of to stop the said notification dated 24.07.2023 is neither willful nor wanton and same had happened beyond the control of the respondents and the same are all stated as supra.” 3.Recording the same, the writ petition stands closed.
