For the State : Mr. Shailesh Kumar Sinha, A.P.P. ------ 05/ 04.02.2026 This petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 05.03.2024, passed in A.B.A. No. 197 of 2024 by this court. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the surrender time may kindly be extended to the petitioner. He submits that Aadhar Card was not obtained within time, in view of that the petitioner has not been able to surrender before the learned court within the stipulated time. He next submits that the said order was earlier modified by order dated 10.05.2024 in Cr.M.P. No. 1062 of 2024 and two weeks’ further time was allowed to the petitioner to surrender, however, he has not been able to surrender due to non-availability of the Aadhar Card. 3. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State submits that in spite of the privilege of anticipatory bail, provided to the petitioner, he has not surrendered before the learned court. He next submits that much indulgence has already been provided to the petitioner, in spite of that he has not surrendered before the learned court and further he has not respected the earlier order. On these grounds, he submits that surrender time may not be extended. 4. The petitioner has already been provided the privilege of anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No. 197 of 2024 by the order dated 05.03.2024 and due to no-availability of the Aadhar Card, the said order was earlier modified by the order dated 10.05.2025 passed in Cr.M.P.
