The captioned writ petition is filed seeking the following prayers: (a) Issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to consider the representation dated 06.02.2026 as per Annexure-D. (b) Issue any other appropriate writ, order or direction as the Hon'ble Court deems it fit to be granted under the facts and circumstances of the case to meet the ends of justice. 3. Counsel for the respective parties urged several contentions. 4. High Court Government Pleader on instructions submits that an appropriate order may be passed. 5. Heard the matter and perused the papers. 6. Taking note of the grievance of the petitioner, mandamus is ordered directing the respondent to consider the representation dated 06.02.2026 vide Annexure-D in - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:11696 WP No. 6277 of 2026 accordance with the law within six weeks from the receipt of certified copy of this order. 7.
