1. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners with following prayer:
“It is, therefore, most humbly prayed that Your Lordships' may graciously be pleased to admit and allow this writ petition; call for and examine entire record of the case and a) By an appropriate writ, order and direction in the nature thereof the respondents may kindly be directed to not to open mutation of the disputed land comprised in Khasra No. 1909, 1910, 1913 to 1933, 1937, 1944 and 1945 of village Vatika, Tehsil Sanagner, District Jaipur in the name of Khatedars so as to protect the civil and legal rights of the petitioners plot holders qua their respective plot in the disputed land; not to dispossess the petitioners without adopting due process of law and to commence proceeding and issue Patta of the respective plots to the petitioners through Nagar Palika Vatika District Jaipur to the petitioners because now the land being abadi land falls within Nagarpalika limits of the Nagarpalika Vatika, District Jaipur.
[2026:RJ-JP:23808] (3 of 3) [CW-10048/2026] b) Any other relief as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper be also passed in favour of the Petitioners. “
2. During the course of argument, learned counsel for the petitioner made a limited prayer to the extent that the petitioners have submitted a representation before the Competent Authority for seeking redressal of their grievances, which is pending in
consideration. Learned counsel submits that petitioners would be satisfied in case, directions were given to the authorities to decide the representation submitted by the petitioners strictly in accordance with law.
3. In view of limited prayer extended by learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court deems it just and proper to dispose of this writ petition with direction to direct the petitioners to submit a fresh representation along with relevant documents before the Competent Authority, who shall take into consideration the representation as well as documents and shall pass a speaking and reasoned order within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of representation.
6. It is made clear that this Court does not express any opinion on merits of the case.
7. Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand(s),
disposed of.
