Learned counsel for both the sides, on instructions, make a statement that parties have settled the dispute amicably and compromise deed has already been filed on record. The parties were referred to the learned Registrar (Judicial) for the purpose of verification of the said compromise terms. The report submitted by learned Registrar (Judicial) indicates that the parties have voluntarily entered into the compromise and have explained contents therein to be true.
