Baidya, learned counsel for the applicant, Geetali Doley, who has filed this application for relaxation/modification of the bail order, dated 04.10.2018 passed in Bail Application No. 2019/2018 in connection Page No.# 2/3 with Special Case No. 2/2017 arising out of Dibrugarh P.S. Case No. 936/2016 under Sections 7/13(1)(b)(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 read with Section 120(B)/420/463/471/471(A)/201 of the I.P.C. pending in the court of the learned Special Judge, Assam. 2. It is submitted that the applicant has already been terminated from service and now she is running a boutique under the name and style of “Seri Heritage”. The applicant has to travel to places like West Bengal, Chattisgarh, etc for procuring raw materials for her boutique. The applicant has also submitted that she will comply with the other bail conditions imposed upon her, vide order, dated 04.10.2018 passed in Bail Application No. 2019/2018, but, the condition No. (c) in paragraph No. 33 of the said bail order is prayed to be deleted. It is also submitted that the applicant’s present livelihood is based on her boutique business. 3. Mr. P.P. Dutta, learned Additional Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the State of Assam has no objection if the condition No. (c) in paragraph No. 33 of the said bail order is deleted, provided the applicant appears regularly before the learned Trial Court. 4. I have considered the submissions made by both the sides at the bar. 5. Considering the entire aspect of the matter, the condition No. (c), i.e. “they would not leave the territorial limits of the city of Guwahati without the written permission of the Trial Court and without informing the investigating agency” in paragraph No. 33 of the order, dated 04.10.2018 passed in Bail Application No. 2019/2018 is hereby deleted. 6.
