Accordingly, on hearing the learned counsels for the parties, the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the respondent no.4 shall consider the said representation dated 25.02.2026 filed by the petitioner on hearing all the stakeholders and then take a reasoned decision in accordance with law within 60 days from the date of this order. 4.
