One among such conditions is that the petitioner/appellant shall stay at Dharmapuri District and report before the Inspector of Police, Palacode Police Station, Dharmapuri, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, except on the hearing dates of the trial faced by him. This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner/appellant seeking modification of the aforesaid condition. 2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner/appellant has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without any default. 3. In view of the above, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed in Para No.7 (ii) by this Court vide judgment dated 09.02.2026. 4. Accordingly, the condition regarding the petitioner’s stay at Dharmapuri District and report before the Inspector of Police, as imposed by https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRL.MP.No.6304 of 2026 __________ Page3 of 4 this Court in para No.7 (ii) of the order dated 09.02.2026 passed in Crl.M.P.No.1464 of 2026 in Crl.A.No.93 of 2026 alone stands relaxed. All other conditions imposed in the order dated 09.02.2026 remain unaltered. 5.
