JUSTICE ASHOK S.KINAGI ORAL ORDER The petitioner filed this writ petition to quash the possession notice issued under Section 13(4) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (for short ‘the SARFAESI Act’) dated 13.10.2023 issued by the respondent vide Annexure-F. 2. The writ petition was filed on 25.10.2023. Despite the granting sufficient opportunity, the petitioner has not complied with the office objections. 3. Today, the case is posted for compliance of office objections 8th time. The petitioner has an efficacious remedy under Section 17 of the SARFAESI Act. The petitioner without exhausting the efficacious remedy, filed this writ petition. I do not find any grounds to entertain the petition.
