CMP No.7674 of 2026 CMP No.7674 of 2026 in CMA SR No.190838 of 2025 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J. and K.RAJASEKAR, J. (Order of the Court was made by C.V.Karthikeyan, J.) This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 160 days in filing the appeal. 2.Notice had been directed and the learned counsel for the respondent had entered appearance. The learned counsel for the respondent stated that he has no objection in condoning the delay. 3.Among the reasons stated for condoning the delay, it has been stated that though the award was passed on 20.02.2025 and taken delivery on 25.07.2025, the same was sent to the appellant company belatedly due to administrative bona fide reasons. The appeal was filed on 18.11.2025. In that process, there has been a delay. 4.Taking all the factors into consideration, the delay stands condoned. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and the name of the learned counsel for the respondent may be printed in the cause list when the appeal is listed for admission.
