The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the 7th respondent is running a Church without obtaining permission from the concerned Authority and also he is causing nuisance to the residents in the locality, especially the students and elders. Hence, the petitioner has given a representation dated 23.05.2023 to take appropriate action against the 7th respondent. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the respondents till date. Hence, this petition. 3. In reply, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 23.05.2023 will be disposed of by the respondents within a period of 8 weeks. 4.
