Bora is present for the State of Assam and has accepted notice on behalf of the respondent. 3. This appeal is filed challenging the judgment and order dated 20.05.2026 passed in Sessions Case No. 95/2019, convicting the appellant/applicant Bidya Ram Das under Section 324 of the IPC and sentencing him to undergo simple imprisonment for 3 (Three) months and to pay a fine of Rs.5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) with default stipulation. 4. By filing the interlocutory application, the appellant/applicant has prayed for suspension of sentence and also to remain on previous bail. 5. I have considered the submissions at the bar. The order of conviction and sentence dated 20.05.2026 passed in Sessions Case No. 95/2019 is suspended and the appellant/applicant is allowed to remain on previous bail. Page No.# 3/3 6.
