Therefore, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to appear along with his advocate and explain his stand to the Respondent No. 3 4 whenever he is called by the Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 and to proceed in accordance with law. In case of any requirement, Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 shall examine the petitioner in the presence of advocate in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
