Randhir Singh and others”, for possession of the property in dispute was decreed ex parte on 11.07.2014 by learned Addl. Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.), Payal. In order to implement the said decree, execuon No.207 of 2014 is pending before learned Addl. Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.), Payal. 2. As has been pointed out before this Court that an applicaon under Order 9 Rule 13 CPC was moved for se7ng aside the ex parte judgment and decree, which was dismissed by the trial Curt on 18.12.2023. District Judge, Ludhiana. In the meanme, since warrants of possession were issued by the Execung Court, so these revision peons have been filed. It is also informed that regarding the same property, different civil appeals bearing Nos.CA-67 of 2024 and CA-606 of 2025, are pending before the same Addl. District Judge, Ludhiana. A=er hearing learned counsel for the pares, both the revision peons are hereby disposed of with a direcon to the concerned learned Addl. District Judge, Ludhiana to dispose of the aforesaid appeals, i.e. CA- 67 of 2024 and CA-606 of 2025, expediously, preferably within six months posively, to be specific, on or before 31.07.2026. If due to any reason, the Appellate Court is unable to dispose of these appeals up to 31.07.2026, extension shall be taken from this Court, by cing the reasons for non- disposal of the appeals. It is further made clear that none of the observaons made by this Court in any of these two revision peons, shall influence the Appellate Court, while disposing of the appeals on their own merit.
