2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in Maner P. S. Case No. 975 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Section 111(2)(a) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, Section 8(c), 18(b), 21(c), 22(b), 22(c), 30, 31 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, Section 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of Arms Act and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3. As per prosecution case, 545 grams Smack, 558.90 grams Charas, one country made pistol, three live cartridges, one empty magazine, 43 cans of beer (21.5 L) and Rs. 12,16,000/- cash was recovered from the house of this petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19948 of 2026(2) dt.08-04-2026 2/2 incriminating material has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. She has been made accused in this case only on suspicion. Petitioner is lady and claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the nature of accusation and huge quantity of recovery of illicit articles from the house of petitioner, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
