Considering the limited grievance of the Petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to the Opposite Party No.2 to accept the arrear M.V. tax amount in respect of vehicle bearing registration No.OD-14-Z-1781 (Tipper), if the same is paid within a period of four weeks from today.
