Sarma for the petitioner Nilam Daimary, who has filed this application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 with prayer for bail as he is behind the bars since 17.05.2026 in connection with Jagiroad Police Station Case No. 104/2026 registered under Page No.# 2/2 Sections 61(2)/108 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 2. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased who committed suicide. It is submitted that the petitioner is not responsible for any offence for inducement to commit suicide. 3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor Mr. M.P. Goswami has raised objection against the bail prayer. 4. I have scrutinized the Case Diary. I have considered the submission that the petitioner is willing to cooperate with the remaining part of the investigation. 5. The Case Diary reveals that investigation has progressed to a considerable extent. It appears that further custodial detention may not be required for the progress of investigation. The petitioner is a local resident and he is not a flight risk. He has pledged to abide by any stringent bail conditions if imposed upon him. 6. Considering all aspects, the petitioner is enlarged on bail of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) with a suitable surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Illaqa Magistrate/Jurisdictional Court. 7.
