The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Telaiya PS Case No.260 of 2025, for offence registered under section 316(2), 318(4), 61(2), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2), 351(2), 3(5) of BNS, 2023, pending in court of learned A.C.J.M., Koderma. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and the name of the petitioner has come on the basis of suspicion as one of the co- accused person happened to be full brother of the petitioner and in view of that anticipatory bail to the petitioner may kindly be granted. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that serious allegations are there of taking money on the pretext of providing employment and even the forged employment letter has been provided by the petitioner and others. 5. Looking to the contents of the FIR it transpires that the allegations are there against the petitioner and one Shashi Kant of threatening by utilizing the cheque and the further allegations are there of cheating other innocent persons on the pretext of providing 2026:JHHC:13302 2 A.B.A. No. 2052 of 2026 employment and even the forged employment letter has been provided of the Government of India, Ministry Agriculture, Department of Agriculture, New Delhi to the informant for posting in West Bengal and Bihar in the name of the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Government of India, and in the attending facts and circumstances of the present case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. As such, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is, hereby, rejected, and consequently, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed. ( Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) 05.05.2026 SI/
