Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was elected for a term of five years and upon expiry of her term, the Zila Panchayat has been re- constituted in 2025. Thus, she submits that writ petition has become infructuous. 7. In view of the statement made, the writ petitions are dismissed as infructuous.
