2. This is an application for restoration of the writ petition being WP(C) No.4741/2023 which was dismissed for non- prosecution vide an order dated 29.01.2026.

3. This Court has duly perused the reasons assigned in the instant application and is of the opinion that the reasons so assigned constitutes a good cause and accordingly, this Court therefore restores the writ petition back to the file of this Court.
