1. The petitioners have filed this petition seeking following relief (s) :
“10.1 That, the Hon'ble Court may be pleased to call for the records of the case. -2- 10.2 That, the Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the respondents to consider the petitioners for appointment to the post of Rural Agriculture Extension Officer. 10.3 Any other relief(s) may also be given to the petitioner, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts & circumstances of the case. 2. At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the parties jointly submit that the issue involved in this petition is no longer res integra and this petition is squarely covered with the judgment passed by this Court in batch of writ petitions leading case of which being WPS No.6017 of 2014 parties being Gajendra Nishad and others Versus State of Chhattisgarh and Others which was decided on 18.04.2024. 3.
In the light of the submission made herein-above, this Court is of the opinion that this petition is squarely covered with the judgment rendered by this Court in WPS No.6017 of 2014 decided on 18.04.2024 in case of Gajendra Nishad and others Versus State of Chhattisgarh and Others. 4. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of in terms of the order passed by this Court in the case of Gejendra Nishad (Supra). Sd/-
