At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the parties jointly submit that the issue involved in this petition is no longer res integra and this petition is squarely covered with the judgment passed by this Court in batch of writ petitions leading case of which being WPS No.6017 of 2014 parties being Gajendra Nishad and others Versus State of Chhattisgarh and Others which was decided on 18.04.2024. 3. In the light of the submission made herein-above, this Court is of the opinion that this petition is squarely covered with the judgment rendered by this Court in WPS No.6017 of 2014 decided on 18.04.2024 in case of Gajendra Nishad and others Versus State of Chhattisgarh and Others. 4.
