It is revealed that the Accused/Thummidi Kishore Kumar Kishore Babu died on 08.12.2012, the learned A.P.P. has filed a dea certificate in support thereof. 3. The S.H.O., Machavaram is directed to submit a detailed repo within two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of this order, including t delay of around 14 years for submission of the death certificate of t Accused before this Court, for contributing to the case going on listi for all these years despite his death on 08.12.2012, and also subm the mechanism followed in sending written/e-mail instructions in t Appeal if any, with those enclosures.
