When confronted with this position, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he was not aware about the filing of another bail application by the petitioner as the other petition has been filed by some other counsel. He has submitted that the petitioner would not pursue the present application and would continue to pursue the bail application filed in CRM (M) No. 211/2026. His statement is taken on record.
