Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) Execution Petition No.31 of 2025 & OMP No.166 of 2026 By way of this Execution Petition, the petition is seeking the execution of judgment and decree dated 23.06.2025, passed by this Court in Civil Suit No.5 of 2008, titled Shri Sanatan Dharam Pratinidhi Sabha Versus The State of Himachal Pradesh & others. 2. When this case was listed on 18.03.2026, the following order was passed:- “As per the report of the Registry, an amount of Rs.3,67,84,366/- stands deposited by the judgment debtor. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2026:HHC:9333 Learned Senior Counsel for the decree holder submits that, as the decree now stands satisfied, the case be taken up after one week so that, in the interregnum, an appropriate application can be filed for the release of the amount, mentioning therein the details of the account to which the amount is to be credited. Ordered accordingly. As prayed for, lit on 30.03.2026.” 3. Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that OMP No.166 of 2026 has been filed, giving the details wherein the decreetal amount has been deposited. 4. In light of the fact that the decree has attained finality and the amount already stands deposited with the Registry of this Court, present Execution Petition as well as OMP No.166 of 2026 are disposed of with the direction that the amount which stands deposited with the Registry of this Court be released in favour of the Decree Holder, in the bank account thereof, details whereof are given in Para-2 of the application, with up-to-date interest, if any.
