No. 1066 of 2026 For Petitioner(s): S.Kasiramalingam For Respondent(s): Mr.A.Damodaran Additional Public Prosecutor ORDER This petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, to restrain the respondents No.2 to 4 from unlawfully entering or interfering with the petitioners business premises, namely M/s.Shri Sanjeev Modern Rice Mill, Kadaiyur Kangeyam, and their residence permanently and to direct Respondent No.1 to discharge his statutory obligations strictly in accordance with law, so as to ensure the safety and protection of the petitioners personal lives and properties belongs to them and also to their residence, and also to take cognizance of the petition filed by the petitioners. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that due to family dispute between the husband and wife, a case and counter case have been registered in Crime No.195 and 196 of 2026 and the enquiry is pending.

No. 1066 of 2026 the same will be duly considered and pass appropriate orders within a reasonable time. 3.Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record. 4.In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioners are directed to lodge a fresh complaint before the 1st respondent. Upon receipt of such complaint, the 1st respondent is directed to take necessary action in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.Accordingly, this Writ Petition (Criminal) stands disposed of.
