This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners with regard to the recruitment to the Post of College Lecturer (EAFM) pursuant to the advertisement dated 12.01.2015 and Corrigendum dated 01.09.2016. 2. Vide interim order dated 03.12.2018, the respondent RPSC was directed to interview the petitioners for the post of Lecturer (EAFM) and it was further directed that the result [2026:RJ-JP:24222] (2 of 2) [CW-26311/2018] of the petitioners may not be declared without permission of the Court but be kept in a seal cover and two of the vacant seats being filled up on the post of Lecturer (EAFM) be kept vacant. 3. In view of the interim order of the Court, the petitioners was allowed to participate in the selection process, including the interview. 4. Vide order dated 09.07.2025, the respondent RPSC was directed to produce the result of the petitioners in sealed cover before the Court. 5. Having gone through the result produced before this Court of both the petitioners, with regard to the recruitment to the Post of College Lecturer (EAFM), this Court finds that even after the petitioners are held to be eligible than also they do not find place in the merit list as they have not secured the marks up to the cut of marks. 6. In view of the above, this Court without going through the merit of the case, dismiss this writ petition. 7. Result of the petitioners in sealed cover is returned back to the learned counsel appearing for the RPSC. If any vacancy has been kept vacant, in view of the interim order passed by the Court, same may be filled up as per normal process. 8.
