P.P. ------ Order No.02 Dated- 26-02-2026 Heard the parties. The petitioners have been made accused in connection Telaiya P.S. Case No.302 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Section 115 (2), 117 (2), 109 (1), 126 (2), 127 (2), 61 (2), 3 (5) of the B.N.S., 2023. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the allegation against the petitioners is that the petitioners, in criminal conspiracy with each other, have attempted to murder Aabhas Mukherjee. It is submitted that the allegation against the petitioners is false. It is next submitted that in his statement recorded by the Investigating Officer, the injured has not disclosed the name of the petitioners. It is further submitted that though the petitioners are not named in the F.I.R. yet charge-sheet has been submitted in this case without putting them on Test Identification Parade. It is then submitted that the petitioners undertakes that they will co-operate with the trial of the case and will not annoy or disturb the informant, victim or any other witness of the case in any manner during the trial of the case. It is lastly submitted that the petitioners have been in custody since 07.11.2025 as has been mentioned in para-14 of instant bail application. Hence it is submitted that the petitioners be released on bail. Learned Addl. P.P. appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail. Considering the facts of this case, the above-named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Koderma in connection with Telaiya P.S. Case No.302 of 2025 with the condition that they will co-operate with the trial of the case, furnish their mobile number and photocopy of the Aadhar Card in the court below with an undertaking that they will not change their mobile number during the trial of the case and will not annoy or disturb the informant, victim or any other witness of the case in any manner during the trial of the case.
