Considering the above facts and in the interest of expeditious disposal, this Court is inclined to issue appropriate directions. Accordingly, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four (4) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Both parties, including the respondent, are directed to extend full cooperation for the smooth conduct of trial proceedings without seeking unnecessary adjournments. 3.
