The writ petition is, however, disposed of with liberty to petitioner to approach District Panchayat Raj Officer by making a representation. If petitioner makes representation within ten days from today, District Panchayat Raj Officer concerned shall take decision thereupon within four months thereafter. 5. It goes without saying that Gram Pradhan concerned and any other person, likely to be affected by the decision, shall be given reasonable opportunity of hearing before passing any order.
