Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and have also gone through the impugned order. 3. Learned APP opposes the prayer for bail. 4. The informant was a collecting agent was returning after collecting money from the villagers. While returning she was intercepted by some unknown miscreant and she was robbed. 5. The prayer of bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by the Coordinate Bench of this Court. Now the learned counsel for the petitioner hands over a copy of the evidence of the informant. The informant has been examined as PW1. She has not identified this petitioner during the trial. 6. Considering the aforesaid fact, I am inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial 2026:JHHC:5787 2 Magistrate, Simdega in connection with Kolebira PS Case No. 62 of 2025 subject to the condition that one of the bailors should be a close relative of the petitioner, having sufficient landed property in his/her own name within the State of Jharkhand. 7.
