1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The issue raised in this writ petition is covered by the decision of a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in the case of Triveni Engicons Private Limited vs. The State of Jharkhand & Ors. [W.P. (C) No. 1532 of 2022 and connected matters, decided on 24.09.2025], reported in 2025 SCC OnLine Jharkhand 3236.
3. About this position, there is no dispute.
4. Learned counsel for the respondents, however, submits that the State of Jharkhand has challenged the said decision before the Hon’ble Supreme Court. He admits that no stay or any kind of interim relief has been granted in the matter by the Hon’ble Supreme Court as yet.
5. Therefore, by following the reasoning in the case of Triveni Engicons Private Limited (supra), we allow this writ petition and grant the same reliefs to the petitioner as were granted to the

6. The present writ petition is accordingly disposed of in the above terms without any order for costs.
