Heard the parties.
The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Cyber P.S. Case No.03 of 2026 registered for the offences punishable under Section 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 61(2) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 66B, 66C, 66D & 84(C) of the Information Technology Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner files a supplementary affidavit.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner was involved in cybercrime and committed online fraud by posing as fake PhonePe customer care officer by giving false promises of lottery and also deceived common people in the name of getting loan approved. It is submitted that the allegation against the petitioner is false. It is also submitted that the co-accused, with similar allegations, has already been admitted to bail by this Court vide order dated 13.03.2026 passed in B.A. No.1902 of 2026. It is then submitted that the petitioner undertakes that he will co-operate with the trial of the case. It is lastly submitted that the petitioner has been in custody since 07.01.2026 as has been mentioned in para-22 of the instant bail application. Hence it is submitted that the petitioner be released on bail.
Learned Spl. P.P. opposes the prayer for bail.
Considering the facts of this case, the above-named petitioner is
directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Cyber Crime, Special Court, Deoghar in connection with Cyber P.S. Case No.03 of 2026 with the condition that he will co-operate with the trial of the case, furnish his mobile number and photocopy of the Aadhar Card in the court below with an undertaking that he will not change his mobile number during the trial of the case.
