1. Even on the last date of hearing i.e., on 20.04.2026 and today despite repeated calls, no one appeared on behalf of the appellant to represent him, nor is any representation made in this behalf.
2. The petition is of the year 2018, it appears that with the passage of time, the petitioner has lost interest in contesting the petition.
3. In view of above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the petition for want of prosecution. It is dismissed as such.
