From Mitsubishi Tanabe Pharma Corporation to Tanabe Pharma Corporation;” 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2026:HHC:18544 2. In light of the averments made in the application and in light of the fact that there is no objection to the prayer so made, this application is allowed as prayed for and the changed name of defendant No. 2, in terms of the amended memo of parties appended with the application which is order to be taken on record. The application stands disposed of accordingly. OMP No. 359 of 2026 By way of this joint application filed under Order XXIII, Rule 3 of the Code of Civil Procedure, a prayer has been made that as the matter, subject matter of the commercial suit stands amicably settled between the parties, the present suit be closed in terms of the settlement entered into between the parties by observing that the parties undertake to be governed by the compromise/settlement arrived at between them. Sealed cover in which the settlement deed is placed on record was opened and the settlement deed was perused by the Court and it does not find anything therein which can be termed as illegal or against any law for the time being in force. The settlement deed, as prayed for, is re-sealed and it is ordered that it shall remain part of the record. The application is accordingly disposed of by taking the contents thereof as 3 2026:HHC:18544 well as of the sealed copy of settlement deed appended therewith on record. COMS No. 18 of 2022 In terms of the prayer made in the miscellaneous application filed under Order XXIII, Rule 3 of the Code of Civil Procedure, which stands disposed of by this Court vide order of even date, the present commercial suit is closed/disposed of with the observation that the parties shall now be bound by the settlement arrived at between them and the settlement deed shall be binding in terms thereof on the parties, their successors, sister concerns, directors, executives, partners, subsidiaries, subsequent assignees etc. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stand disposed of accordingly.
