JUSTICE ANU SIVARAMAN) We have heard the learned State Public Prosecutor appearing for the complainant as well as the learned counsel appearing for the accused. 2. An affidavit of unconditional apology is also placed on record by the learned counsel for the accused. In the affidavit filed by the accused, it is submitted that the accused unreservedly and unconditionally tenders his apologies to this Court. He has further undertaken that he will not, in future, commit any act or make any mistake which will amount to contempt of this Court or any other Court. 3. We notice that unconditional apologies were tendered by the same accused earlier before this Court. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:13815-DB CRL.CCC No. 10 of 2023 However, taking note of the advanced age of the accused and his fragile health condition, we accept the unconditional apology tendered and close this Contempt of Court case.
